![]() Sounds unlikely doesn't it?! Usually pancakes are a special treat, for sundays or birthdays. But I have finally found a way to make super healthy, high protein, low-glycemic, gluten-free pancakes that you can truly have every day if you want! You can even have a chocolate pancake, now how good does that sound! All you need is: -3 Eggs (preferably fresh from the farm! It's worth the extra few dollars for sure) -3 Scoops of USANA Health Science's Nutrimeal- any flavour you like! (Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla) -A splash of almond milk It's that easy!! Whisk theses items together, and pan fry just like a regular pancake. I use grass fed butter or coconut oil. Top your pancake with sautéed berries, pure maple syrup, butter, fresh berries and/or concentrated cherry juice (I love Cherry Lane). And ENJOY! So WHY are these pancakes healthy?? They are high in protein from the Nutrimeal protein AND eggs, they are crazy high in vitamins and minerals again from the Nutrimeal which is a meal replacement so its loaded with these micronutrients, they are low glycemic since the Nutrimeal is too, and they are totally gluten free!
